The interview process consisted of phone interview with the recruiter, 2 face to face interviewa with the managers, and a phone interview with the national operations manager. The process was actually fast and it only took about 2 weeks

How can you contribute to the success of the company?
Was pleasant and kind. Kept me informed throughout the entire process. The background check was done by a third party so I was confused when someone other than sunlife had reached out. Otherwise the entire process was pretty decent.
Two interviews where the first was a get to know you stage and the second was alot mores serious felt like I was formally being interviewed. The process was not so bad very formal.

It went well. it took 3 weeks. I had 3 online interviews in total and received an offer very disappointed. looks like a great company but too bad they don't know how to keep experienced people
