Interview Process was very informal. You go into a side room and have a discussion with the manager. Said manager will let you know if he thinks highly or little of you by your resume.

Basic Interview Questions. Nothing too complicated. The IT department is low on workers due to manager's poor attitude and lack of responsible leadership. They didn't seem to care to much about the interview questions.
