Suncoast Credit Union Call Center Representative interview questions

Applied online and got a call the next day to schedule an interview by the recruiter. I was interviewed by 2 people. I was told they would call me by end of the week, but was never contacted. Tried to follow up with them and left a voicemail, but my call was never returned. Not really a great business practice on their part, but oh well. I probably dodged a bullet.
