Sundance Institute interview questions

Friendly and conversational interview with a colleague of the position. Interview seemed to prioritize past experience in the filed and how one would interact with talent. Seemed to me that how I handled myself as a person amongst others was of great importance to the role.

Simple, met with program manager. Discussed film/tv background, general taste, script elements, favorite films. Easy to interview and quick follow up offer. Prior to interview, required to send resume and coverage sample.
