Sundt Lead Software Engineer interview questions

So there wasnt anything wrong with the intervieww process, it was the follow up after the fact. Their HR person speaks untruths. They told me I was a finalist, but they gave the position to someone else. A month later the exact same position is reposted. I reach out again, and they tell me they already have candidates selected for interviews. Yet an HR recruiter reaches out to me, I recognize the job, and tells me now they are doing contract-to-hire. I dont mind not getting the job, but at least be honest during the entire hiring process. Doesnt appear they know how to do that. I would stay away from them
