Interview
The interview process was relatively easy and straightforward, there are no trick questions and if you know what you are doing for an interview it should be a breeze. Also, the interview process is short, I applied online and within 2 weeks got a call from a store manager to schedule an interview.
Asked about experience, situational questions (was there ever a time where), if I'm interested in fashion, and register skills. Then the second in person part was role playing approaching a customer, giving advice, and testing a little knowledge about sunglasses like shapes and color theory.

Phone (asked about availability, location & if I wanted full time/part time) then in person. Asked simple scenario questions about how I handled conflict and describe how I would sell stuff.

Interview
It really depends on your manager as there’s no specific set guidelines. Generally easy questions and basic questions regarding sales. I’ve helped my manager come up with scenarios on top of some easy basic questions.
