My interview process involved a phone interview with the hiring manager and two phone interviews with two other stakeholders I would be working with. The final interview was in person where I met the hiring manager for lunch.

Interview w/ the recruiter Interview w/ the hiring manager Interview w/ a team member Literally the worst interview process I've ever been through. Every single step stumbles. I marked this as "Very Difficult" because navigating and managing the process with the recruiter was borderline impossible. It all makes sense after being hired though. Sunnova just doesn't prioritize people. They also hired me for a different role and after starting the role I quickly realized that it was a role that warrants a much larger salary. Pretty dirty move.

Process took about a week. First interview was with HR then second interview was virtual on Teams. Very simple analysis questions. Normal background check and drug test. Happy to work here!
