They set up a calendar invite so I knew who was interviewing me. I Went into the room with myh resume, 2 people were there, it was about one hour long, I was an internal candidate so I already knew both interviewers. That afternoon I sent thank you and follow up emails with examples of my strenghts. I also sent them a list of lawyer comments on the caliber of my work .
