Multi-stage interview process. First interview is quick and relaxed. Second is longer, but still relaxed. Second interview had more than one interviewer. Seems that they care more about a culture fit than someone who has amazing technical knowledge.

Video interview for Prescott, In-person interview Prescott, Phone interview Minnesota. Video Interview went well, same with the in-person one. I just did not want to relocate to Minnesota for a year of training.
