Unorganized internally and no follow-up after calls with different departments. Seems scrappy and lacks leadership or process, might be best for someone who thrives on startup environments, fast iteration, and ambiguity.

I recently interviewed with the recruiter and hiring manager for a role. Both individuals were pleasant to engage with, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the position. However, during the process, I was asked to complete an assignment that required a significant investment of time, including creating a sample email and project plan. After submitting my work, I was informed that I was not a good culture fit. This outcome was disappointing, as I had hoped for constructive feedback on my assignment, especially given the effort I put into it. Additionally, it was unclear how my submission was evaluated or utilized, which left me feeling that my time was not valued.

Applied online, and had a Google meeting with the recruiter. She asked if I was interviewing with other companies and how soon I could join. I said asap and yes I am being interviewed by other companies but I am interested in this role. Just then she said we are looking to take our time and probably fill this role in 2 months from now!!! I got a generic rejection email 3 days after this call. If they don't have any intention of hiring, why waste ppl's time and energy !
