Supernatural interview questions

Huge waste of time. I can’t believe they put people through so many interviews. Just couldn’t recommend not wasting your time on this. It isn’t a company that seems valuable or compensates adequately.

I had a variety of pre-screening calls which then lead to second round conversations. Including with the actual hiring manager. I was given a take home assignment which far far too closely aligned with the actual role I was to carry out if I was accepted. This is against my ethics as it's basically free consulting. Take home assignments should be generic as possible and used to gauge skills. Not to provide free consulting.
