I applied online. I interviewed at Superprof (Calgary, AB)
Interview
It was a very calm process and the client and I got to know ourselves a bit better. They offered to give me more recommendations if my outcome was good
There was no interview process. You are essentially self-employed. This has its advantages, as you get to set your own rates, but it is difficult to get work. Other than that, it's a smooth process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Superprof (Paris) in Feb 2022
Interview
3 interviews, initial screening, interview with management, interview with HR. Screening call is simply an informal conversation with a member of the team or management, discussing basic interest in the role. Not overly formal, standerdised questions plus a few out of the ordinary (what I can teach them on the spot for example). No dress code.
