Interview
The interview process includes several stages and can feel lengthy, but overall it was a very comfortable experience. I felt at ease asking questions and confident on both sides throughout the process.

I was asked to complete an assessment focused on a global project I managed, explaining it from an internal perspective and describing the approach, along with the challenges faced and the solutions implemented.

Interview
I was approached for 2 different HR persons of this company within a week saying that my profile was perfect for the job. I had a first interview but to access to the second interview you have to make a 15 pages presentation that takes a week. Completely ridiculous if you are interviewing a person with long experience, a great portfolio and little time due to the current position. Of course I left the process because I don’t have the time right now. And they lost a great professional. So I believe this company is full of desperate people to get a job and probably not the most qualified.
