The interview process consisted of a series of interviews focused on reviewing important skills and experience required to execute the role of Project Manager in a Creative Project.
It also included a practical assessment and a role-play exercise.
Thorough and transparent. Appreciated the step-by-step structure of the process and explanations shared throughout and I was able to chat to mulitple people across different departments where I felt encouraged to ask questions.
