Barely a process at all ... I literally provided my country of origin, my LinkedIn URL, and IMMEDIATELY after I uploaded my work examples and pressed submit I was told that I failed the assessment and that my application was rejected. I'd understand if someone actually looked and said my work was not up to par, but seriously ... how is it rejected automatically?
After applying for the Powerpoint position, I applied for a general Graphic Designer position but, yup, you guessed it ... after pressing the button to apply I'd already failed the assessment.
I've seen positive reviews for the company on Glassdoor so I assuming there's maybe a glitch in their process?? Other than that, I can only "assume" they didn't like my picture from LinkedIn ...

Interview
The interview consisted of completing a reading comprehension and language arts assessment and the redesign of PPT slides. Being timed was very stressful. Please make sure that you manage your time. I was advanced to each stage but now I have to wait 4 weeks for them to review my work.
