I had a quick intro interview with them and after that they have sent me an assessment to do. I am not sure if I did good or bad as they did not bother to get back to me. I find this extremely unprofessional, especially when people invest time in doing the exercises given. Even if the result is positive or negative, you should get back to your candidates, especially when they send you an email to ask for an update. Would not recommend to any one as this might say a lot about their culture.
