Interview
It is a long process that at least for me took 6 weeks and 5 different interviews. The cool thing is they are always in touch with you for the next steps.
The interviews were Super Friendly, on the informal side but very clear in all aspects.
As a Motion Designer, I made a test, the brief was clear and no time consuming.
I Really recommend Superside.

Interview
Failed to mention in the job listing or by email but they have a salary cap so they can underpay certain countries. Employees in the UK have to be self employed and earn $2800 per month, with a possibility of a $800 bonus.
When I asked the conditions of the bonus, they said they didn't know.
I'm thankful they cut the interview off so early but this was still a waste of time. Put salary in the job spec, you literally get better candidates for it.
