I had the first round phone interview in May. Expect a few standard interview questions such as 'tell me about yourself', 'Why SIG', etc.. Then they rapidly switch the topic to probability. I was asked about 5 probability questions, the last one being tough. I really should have read the Q's on Glassdoor because most of the Q's that I was asked were on this site. I was informed the next day that I did not make it to the 2nd round interview.

4 rounds of interview 1- recruiter background check 2- HR to screen candidate/ behaviour question 3- trader - technical questions 4- head of operation - heavy operational stuffs Overall pretty good. Last round you really need to prepare they will ask you to solve issues on the spot under pressure by throwing a lot questions
