Interview
Completed online application form, shortly after was contacted by HR dept to arrange telephone interview. Consisted of basic probability set theory questions EV of dice roll etc, probability of various hands in a 52 card deck. The second round was similar to the first but of increased difficulty. The final interview process consisted of an office interview 1.5 hours of fit questions followed by probability questions with a senior trader.

Overall pretty good. Last round you really need to prepare they will ask you to solve issues on the spot under pressure by throwing a lot questions

Interview
Phone Call with Australia office HR (General motivational question) for screening purposes. Once you get through this round, interview with US HR(Motivational + Technical). The questions that I got for the technical interview can all be found on glassdoor.
