I had two phone interviews, one woman was very friendly and encouraging, but the next interviewer felt disinterested. asked the typical questions, but the first interview had some brainteaser questions that were fairly difficult but the interviewer was helpful in facilitating working through the question.
This was a technical interview with HR and consisted of some stats questions. Organization and logistics were easy and I appreciate being given an interview despite my non-conventional resume that didn't garner many interviews from other companies.
