I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2021
Interview
The smoothest and nicest interview process I ever went through. Everyone was incredibly kind throughout and the questions were super fun. Very (positively) different to other firms for two main reasons: 1) Massive focus on accuracy over speed, 2) Lots of non-technical questions about yourself
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Was asked not to disclose any particular questions.
Firstly there was a timed assessment, then a HR interview, then an interview with a trader then the final round interview with a few people. Read over your CV! And don't rush, they are after right answers!
I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Sydney)
Interview
1st round consists of an online assessment. Standard quant questions, probabilities, and brain teaser. If passed, will be invited to have an one on one phone interview with the campus recruiter, approx. 30mins.

Question 1
Why trading, why sig, and please tell me about yourself
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Bala Cynwyd, PA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Didn’t get past the online screen. Had slightly more difficult high school SAT style math questions but you need to be a lot faster. Topics included sequences, probability, combinatorics and some geometry.

Interview
First was a technical test with probability teasers. No one finishes the 15-16 question test, as per the recruiters. I got to about question 11. Then there was a first round interview which I bombed. Simple brain-teasers. They prioritise accuracy over speed, but don't been sluggishly slow like I was.
