I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Bala Cynwyd, PA) in Aug 2015
Interview
*Don't waste your time with them* -- I had huge expectation from this company as they are in Forbes top list, anyway. I was interviewed almost 9 times.
1) HR Call
2) Online test
3) Telephonic Technical interview (C#, SQL)
4) Again Telephonic Technical interview (Data Structures and Time/Space complexity)
5) Face to Face interviews after 2 weeks. - First online assignment of an hour in their office
6) Hiring Manager spoke with me,again technical Interview
7) 2 people from their technology team
8) Again 2 different people from their technology team (same person from my 4th round)
9) General discussion with HR
All interviews were of at least 45-60 minutes. I have interviewed at least 1500 candidates in my life. Is it really required to take 9 rounds of interviews to check someone?? AND to find out there is no best suitable position for the candidate in the company? (Finally they told me there is no best match for me in their organization.)
Seems like they are training their people to conduct real interviews. It was 1.5 months of process with huge disappointment at the end.
*Don't wait for their offer if you have something in hand already.*

Interview
Was pretty easy, 1 round of phone screen interview + 2 - 4 hours of onsite final round. Onsite is scheduled to take place in person in the office.
Interviews were pleasant to talk good and experience was quite good.
I applied online. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group
Interview
The OA consists of four LeetCode questions, needed to be done within 70 min. Highly recommend revising how to do the int-string conversion in the language you will use. The problems themselves are not hard, but better to have a clear high-level view before you code.
I applied online. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Bala Cynwyd, PA)
Interview
Recruiter call focused on resume walkthrough, past experience, and overall culture/vibe fit. Next steps include an onsite technical interview, followed by 3–4 team-matching technical interviews, all typically scheduled on the same day.

Question 1
They mainly asked me to walk through my resume—focusing on one key project, my specific contributions, challenges I faced, and how I solved them, along with some light behavioral questions to gauge overall fit.
