Three phone call interviews, the questions were easy but you can’t make mistakes couldn’t make it to the final round. There were two calls that is around 30minutes long asking simple probability questions and a why sig/ trading style interview

Simple probability/statistics and game questions where you find the optimal solution to a situation and card games
Lots of easy rounds, easy final round unclear how they differentiate between candidates. People are very pleasant, amazing office (philly), but interview process is weird, they should ask harder questions.

Interview
Fairly enjoyable, a few math questions but mostly general market awareness and behavioural. 3 rounds, first is with HR, then with analyst and the final round is with the head of the team.

I had to complete an online assessment for SIG as part of the application process. It included logic, probability, and mental math questions to evaluate my analytical and problem-solving skills.
