Interview
I was invited to the office for an interview after a short phone screen. On arrival, I was led to a room where I was lectured about the company's backend architecture for what felt like an eternity. I was never asked any questions about my skills or relevant experience; the only memorable question was at the end of their monologue. "Do you have any questions?" No, I did not.

Interview
A three step process, meeting the boss, the team and then an HR rep (though I didn't reach this step), each step focusing on different things but both of them were fairly open discussions. The first interview was mostly about feeling the waters, asking basic experience and skills questions, the second included a work test.

Basic experience and skills questions. "How is your experience with Software?", for example.
"Can you tell me of a time where you had disagreements with someone over design and how did you resolve it?"
