After sending the application and waiting a couple days, I received a phone call from the recruiter at Sweetwater. We scheduled it, and we had about a 15-30 minute conversation about my experience and my future goals over the phone. A week later they scheduled a group tour of the distribution center which condluded with a drug test (urine). Within an hour of this tour and drug test, I received my offer in an email.
