Interview was entirely a Phone interview. Easy process. I was asked about the things I had done at the previous job and would I be flexible enough to learn new skills. I was given the option to start early if my previous employer fired me as I was coming from a really toxic place and was very worried I’d be without a job for two weeks. I was interviewed by my direct supervisor.
