Physical screening at company training school. This was followed by strength and stamina tests to determine fitness for the job. Following passage of entry tests, both state and company, classroom theory followed by range driving on the company's road range. Instructors then guided us through the driving test required for a state license. The company put us up at a local motel for the three week training course, which was followed up by six weeks with a driver mentor. Paid training began during the mentor stage..

no interview they want everone they send you to the neast school or you go on a bus that they pay for and put you in hotel after you finish sschool you go to oreitation and then you have the job if you pass druggy test

Interview
There's no interview it's a three day orientation. Then if you are inexperienced then you go with a mentor and you have to drive for 200 hrs then come back and take more skills test where you will take a two day class that you don't get paid for and you have to take more tests.

There is no interview process. Just a drug test some contracts to try to tie you to the company so they can rape you later. They will tell you what you want to hear and they treat everyone like kids. Run from this company
