Too protracted for an enrolment advisor role. 4 interviews including a self assessment that took 2 hours to complete. That should be reserved for a senior leadership role, not a sales role.
Email to orgainse time for interview. Then interview day on campus. 3 people panel interview with around 9 questions and a conversation about strength, why did you apply for the role, where do you see yourself, when can you start. A call in 3 rays for outcome and proceeding to the next stage. Once accepted paper work and signing of contract.
First I had a phone interview by a HR person. Once shortlisted I had to go through a video recording where I had to answer the questions asked and then submit. Once selected for training, only the candidates completed successfully were placed in a pool. Most of them were offered a role in the next unit.
