The interview process was very very painstakingly slow and frustrating. Till 17 months after applying online on SSOU website, they keep on calling you 3/4 times for interviews at an interval of 5/6 months... every time the interview happened to be very brief, and it will end up abruptly and you will not even come to know if they asked you the relevant questions.
Seems like they don't have any idea why they are conducting the interviews... for recruitment or just formalities.. its such a .waste of time and efforts.
