The interview process was fine once they figured out there scheduling issue. The interview itself was good. Covered basically everything needed to know about the position. I don’t have anything negative to say about the interview process.
A little sketchy but seemed legit when I spoke to them. They were nice and got straight to the point. Zoom didn’t work so we just did a phone interview

This company is a total scam. They're powered by Quility and essentially want you to recruit new workers for a percentage of their pay – the epitome of an MLM. Beyond this they pride themselves in advertising that you get out what you put in, but literally; "If you put in a dollar you get 4 dollars out of us." They want you to invest your money into them for no guarantee you'll be earning anything. It's entirely commission-based, advertised as a remote role, and you have to pay for your own leads.

They didn't ask any questions beyond basic icebreakers. We were thrown into a group interview in which one of the "participants" was actually there to help the host fool us.
