Basically if you're in the right field and experience enough, there shouldn't be any issue as eventually the final interviewers are from customers side which are more experience and having vast knowledge.

Interview
There were 2 rounds of Interview , Both were technical . They have tested me on all aspects including Synthesis , Physical Design , STA and also some of the basic stuff as well which includes the graduation electronic concepts.

it took 2 days for written followed by technical and hr interview . it went quite descent and i got selected as pd trainee engineer . questions were quite easy if you have indepth knowledge on subject.

Interview
- the first stage is Profile review, HR and manager will check and decided base on your profile.
- the second stage is Tech test, you will have to be in top 20%
- the final stage is Interview, you will have the interview with manager
