Process took about 5 weeks. Did not receive an interview until at least a month after applying. The people that interviewed me were my future coworkers. Phone interview scheduled for 40 minutes. Asked basic behavioural questions and then allowed a period for me to ask questions. They only spent about 15 minutes asking me anything but when it was my turn I took until the end of the 40 minute interview slot. They were very receptive to my questions and kind.

I had a phone interview which consisted of 1 technical question and 3 behavioural questions. The interview lasted about 25 minutes and I found it was okay as I was well prepared!

Interview
I was being interviewed by a senior engineer that has been with the company for more than 5 years and a human resources staff member. First, the interviewers went through my resume and previous work experience. Then they moved on to more behavioral based questions.
