Initially contacted on phone, and asked a couple of questions as to the suitability of time and day for interview. Then on the first interview, we did a one on one, for about 50 minutes, and was told that a follow up call will be made after an assessment of interview. Was later contacted, and a third interview scheduled at a different location with a senior executive, after which appointment letter was mailed in 2 days.
