Process was smooth, began with phone screening an then had 2 separate in-person interviews. Very welcoming environment. Had interviews with the President initially and then with the CEO and the President in a group interview. Was able to have a conversation about needs from both sides and how the those needs could match for a winning partnership moving forward. Challenging questions to focus on growth and future of organization.
