Very simple and straight forward. Time and date agreed on phone call, interview conducted by a sales manager and a business manager. If succesful the head of business will interview you. If he doesnt then consider your application unsuccessful.

This was the weirdest interview i've ever done they don't actually give you a chance. they will bring you in with other candidates make you chat to them for literally a minute and then you have to talk about each other. then they make you work on a group assessment about some sinking yakht then they will ask some people to leave for no clear reason. Complete waste of time and pointless procedure. all of this so you can sell like 3 cars a month

No real questions asked all they care about is wasting people's time with this stupid and redundant assessment that actually has no real implication on your job as a sales person working from 9-6 . they will make you chat with another candidate and wont tell you what you need to know about them then they make you talk about each other. next thing is they make you work on this stupid assessment that is about you in a sinking boat and what you need to take with you absolute bs for a sales role where realistically you will sell 3-5 cars a month
