The process was a bit disorganized. I received a templated "we will not be moving forward with you" email about 3 weeks after I initially applied, but then a week after that, a recruiter reached out. I was surprised to hear from a recruiter after I had received the previous email, but nothing was mentioned about the email. When I talked with the recruiter, it had been about a month since I had applied. After the first interview with the recruiter, a second interview was scheduled quickly.
I applied in-person. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at T. D. Williamson (Salt Lake City, UT) in Feb 2024
Interview
Interview was cordial and not overly formal. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. I felt I had time to get to know the interviewers and get my questions answered. Felt good about it.

Question 1
Describe a time you where faced with conflict and how you handled it.
This was the second position I interviewed with TDW in 2 months. The 1st I went through a HR phone screen then a positive on site interview. The 2nd position involved an HR phone screen, a Teams interview with the hiring manager, then an on site panel interview. Typical questions were asked. I sent my customary thank you after all interviews, followed up a week later and nothing but crickets. I followed up again a week after…crickets. Then I’m contacted by a recruiting agency TDW contracted for the 1st position which told me I was not selected by TDW but this is the only way I finally knew my status. After not hearing back on the 2nd position I checked their candidate site to see I’d not been selected either. After spending several gallons of fuel and so much time during the interview process they couldn’t even send a standard rejection email?? I take this as a warning sign of how they must treat employees and I know TDW used to be a much better company. I thank them for showing me who they are. Very disrespectful, but I’m glad I dodged this bullet.
