Quick in person interview. Call back. Then work half day (ride-along) and wait to talk with owner/manager. I didn’t like that after I spent a morning of my time To see how the job is that I wasn’t even offered coffee nor lunch-shows how they don’t invest in their employees. Pyramid scheme-like.

Interview
Go into the office and the team leader would ask you questions. It's all simple questions. It's a really bad job. No base rate. It is too tired and inefficient to do sales.
Everyone at TAG, including the recruiter, manager, and other employees, are beyond helpful and are incredibly motivated to help not only themselves, but each other. You feel welcomed into a family that are excited to help you submerge yourself into this job!
