Interview
Very simple process and nice people. First round is basic, more for them to get to know the candidate. Be honest and straightforward. Second one is more detailed where they answer the questions and go over the details.
Went in for interview with HR manager at their office. She asked me some basic questions about my work history and what I like to do. They called me back later that day with the results.

Interview
This company LIES about the job you are invited to interview for.
Doesn’t matter what title you’re going in for, they are only trying to get DOOR TO DOOR SALES PEOPLE.
Went in, was shown a short video explaining that they sell office supplies at a cheaper price than Staples.
Then you are taken to the room next door to watch employees “pump you up” by dancing and playing music.
You are then broken up and paired with a salesman to shadow them going door to door pretty much begging the company to place an order because this is only a COMMISSION BASED JOB.
Every door business we went into saw us and immediately became annoyed with us there and some even said “you were just here and we said we didn’t need to order. Give us a few months atleast.”
It was just sad and embarrassing.
