Basic questions, not very formal but still professional. Asked open ended questions. I started seasonal then applied as a permanent full time staff. I accepted the offer because I did not want to job hop.

Upon applying, if chosen you will receive a phone interview. When I interviewed by phone, upon completion of the interview, I was offered an in-person interview, the following day or 2 days later. Upon completion of the in-person interview, I was offered the position, the following day.

I interviewed with someone who doesn't usually do the Interview process, she didn't hide the fact she didn't want to be there. She followed her script, kept checking her watch, never smiled, yawned and rolled her eyes.
