Applied online. Was then called by an employee to schedule an in-person interview. The first in-person interview lasted about two hours. Met with two analysts first, then a senior employee, and last with another senior employee. Received a call back to schedule another in-person interview, this time with the MD. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The interview was more of a conversation than a formal interview.
