medium to hard. mostly soft skill question in first round, in second round expect manager or supervisor to spool your turbo and check your limits. in third round its mostly hard question.
Easy process had both phone and in person interview for the customer service representative position. Very good training after the interview. The in person interview was with the department shift manager. Fairly simple questions
