They are looking to hiring someone with extensive experience as a PT Tech recruiter and offering a 20 hour/ pay, def under-valued and belittling professional working in the TA industry,
Even a PT / Entry level non-tech recruiter earn more than that, I would recommend this company to do their research and do good to their employees. ( As a staffing company, they should know very much how the market is paying talents right now)
