Two levels of testing. First was an easy reading comprehension test. This qualified me for rater exam. I was interviewed for the Google map rating role. There's a 270 page guideline document that you're expected to follow to do the exam (and if you are hired, you use this in your role). They initially gave me a week to do the exam, which was ridiculously short, but then they extended it another 10 days. Communication was poor (I sent in two simple questions but had no response) Guidelines had inconsistencies with the other training material, which was confusing, my training environment was never set up, etc. Overall, the red flags that I was seeing with the process told me it was a waste of my time so I moved on.
