The interview process was long and invasive. A phone interview, multiple in person interviews (that lasted hours) an online assessment, an assignment and presentation. They would tell me that they would be in touch by a certain date, then miss that date by weeks, but would then call or email. I was pretty sure I had the job, they were misleadingly cheery.
