First you apply, and if they think you are qualified, they invite you in for an in person interview. You meet with a manager who then asks simple questions, and if they like you and your references, they'll give you a call back

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
