Phone call asked about motivation to apply for role & if happy 5 days a week onsite. Talk through my own experience & roles I had filled previously. Asked what salary ecpectations are for the role answered told salary is 35k-40k for recruiter role, cant procced due to budgey which is totally crap. said you should have changed the job title to junior recruiter not recuiter misleading applicants. Asked if they cpulf keep my data for senior recruiter role said no as you probably wont pay the right salary for senior level role. Advice to all applicants stay well clear if this cheap skate company.
