I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TLC Engineering Solutions (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
They have an HR rep/recruiter phone interview you, then if you move on to the next round you phone interview with a member of the team you would be working with, then if you move on to the next round, you interview in person. They will review your resume and as you questions about different points of experience on the resume. They were not too clear with me about what the position entailed, but I was told it was basically to help support the team.
