Was pretty intense. As long as you know your things you will be able to survive and get an offer. Other than that a very basic interview process. Interviewers were encouraging throughout the process.

Interview
Friendly and clear approach by the interviewees on the job role. Basic questions on DNA cloning and microbiological techniques. You do need 2 recent references for confirmation. You will be under 6 months probation for them to gage your compatibility to work with them.
PI was nice. However, amongst COVID-19 situation, thought that a virtual interview would be more appropriate. Technical questions were simple but felt like it was irrelevant. Was expecting more questions about related field instead of hard skill set.
