I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TMF Group (Amsterdam) in Oct 2019
Interview
Applied online. Received two calls from a nice lady who clearly described who they were looking for, what responsibilities were required, when will the training begin and some general questions about my experience. Was asked in an email to come for an interview after a few days.
I was supposed to be interviewed by one group. I got switched to another group on the same day of my interview and informed via email. A third, different group came to interview me 20 minutes late after the second one couldn't make it. Needless to say, it felt a bit awkward.
Described my professional experience. Was asked some technical questions (eg. describe the Lean methodology) and a few managerial ones. Felt like the interviewers were inexperienced and fairly vague about what they wanted for the role.
The interview started to feel awkward when some fairly abstract questions had one, correct answer according to the interviewers. Eg. I was asked what to do when I have 5 important, urgent tasks. No clarification was made on the context of these tasks. None of my answers (i.e. prioritize, delegate or divide) were satisfactory, not even describing actual case studies which had worked at my prior place of employment. I caved in and asked for the correct way and they replied with "ask for advice."
The interview ended after about 20 minutes. There was a response via email that they won't be moving forward with my application a few hours later. The whole ordeal seemed a tad bit disorganized.

Question 1
You have five urgent tasks you have to do. You don't have time to complete all five. What do you do?
I didn't get to an interview because of their weird website. It took ages to upload my resume and to answer their questions. a
At the end it sent me an email asking to confirm to their policy so they can proceed with the process. Overall I didn't get the impression that my cv was ever sent to them. I tried to directly contact the HR lady but apparently you cannot even do that so I gave up applying for this company. They need to simplify their process.
Firstly had a telephonic round of interview with the HR who scheduled it after mutual discussion over an email. The HR was very friendly and communicated all that was supposed to be communicated, very politely. Promptly sent an email on the next steps.

Question 1
Basic questions on salary, eligibility to work etc.
L’entretien d’embauche a durer seulement quelques minutes, il a été très rapide. Les questions posées ne sont pas cohérentes, je n’ai pas passé de test et les résultats ont été communiqués plus tard par une autre personne du groupe
