TMG (The Management Group) interview questions

It was fairly easy and informal, the interviewer was warm and friendly and the whole interview was pretty decent. They called to tell you the same day if you got the job or not.

The job listing/post does not match what the interview is looking for in a candidate. Based on the interview, the in-field experience requirements of a candidate should be 4-6 years or more. If a candidate with meeting qualifications is hired, I strongly feel that individual would be greatly under-paid. The interview included a combination of general experience questions prior to an in-depth technical maintenance exam. The exam was written and you silently test in front of the interviewer. It covers electrical, plumbing, h-vac, etc. The test is not made to be a simple idea/test the position, and it's an unexpected element of the hiring process.
